Meet Ashley
Raised in the Tri-Cities, Ashley learned early that life doesn’t always deal you the easiest hand—but after 15+ years in the real estate and home industry, she’s proof that you can play your cards right and build something pretty great along the way.
She started at the front desk of Sotheby’s and worked her way up to becoming Jason’s real estate assistant. Today, she wears many hats, including serving as the Selections Coordinator for Tucker Homes, where her eye for design, attention to detail, years of experience, and a heart for people help homeowners turn ideas into spaces they love.
Outside of work, life is just as full. With six kids & two dogs in the home, sports, schedules, family, friends, and a husband who supports her, Ashley has mastered the art of organized chaos. She believes deeply in being intentional—with her time, her relationships, and the life she’s creating.
Ashley has an eye for the pretty things, a mind for the hard things, and a genuine love for helping people through both. She believes the best things in life are built with intention and a foundation of Faith—and she’s never been afraid to wear a few different hats to make it all happen.
